Job summary

FAW Europe is seeking a Logistics Lead to design and manage a scalable European logistics network, starting with Benelux. You will work with external partners, define processes, KPIs and contracts, and own the Logistics Management Platform content with IT partners.

The role requires multi-country coordination, strong vendor management, and fluency in English. Based near Amsterdam, you will supervise end-to-end logistics strategy and cost control while enabling growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Several years in European logistics or supply chain; automotive logistics preferred.
• Experience designing processes and operating models for scale.
• Fluent English; Dutch or other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve flows from entry ports to markets and dealers including 3PLs and PDI.
• Plan capacity with Sales, Network, After-Sales and Finance before volume arrives.
• Select, onboard and manage forwarders, carriers, Yard operators and brokers.
• Set KPIs, SLAs and governance; drive quarterly business reviews and scaling.
