Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel Netherlands is seeking a customer-focused logistics professional for Air Logistics to support top high-tech clients. You will join the Air Logistics Key Account team on a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment, coordinating import shipments and acting as main client contact to ensure smooth, compliant processes.

• Freight forwarding experience, preferably Air Logistics
• Customer focus with a problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Prepare transport instructions and coordinate import shipments, including required documentation
• Collaborate with the Customs team to ensure compliant and timely processes
• Serve as the main point of contact for the client
• Process and organize shipment data and files, verifying documents from external partners
• Maintain accurate information in internal systems to support operational visibility
• Proactively monitor shipment progress and key milestones, and follow up on exceptions or potential delays to support timely resolution
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth end-to-end shipment execution
• Monitor agreed operational KPIs and data quality, and take appropriate follow-up actions where required
