Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a logistics specialist based in Aalsmeer, Netherlands. You will manage the full air freight export process from bookings to invoicing and maintain proactive communication with customers across Europe and beyond.

Working in an international team, you will troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with air freight regulations, and support reporting and documentation. A strong English ability and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in air freight, preferably with an export focus.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and a strong communicator.
• Able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of international air freight regulations; Dutch is a plus.
• IATA Dangerous Goods Certificate and/or Security Awareness Certificate is a strong advantage.

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in air freight, preferably with a focus on exports
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator

• Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of international air freight regulations and documentation is an advantage
