Job summary

ASML’s IT R&D AI Enablement Team invites master's students to join a non-thesis internship for a minimum of 6 months, with at least four days per week (three on-site). You will help assess the business value of AI initiatives and support strategic decision-making in a high-tech environment.

You will maintain an overview of AI use cases, analyze value and feasibility, develop frameworks linking use cases to outcomes, and prepare governance insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in AI value assessment, BI, and strategy.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and BI tools.
• Able to translate complex information into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a structured overview of AI use cases across IT R&D and Design & Engineering.
• Analyze business value, feasibility, and strategic relevance of AI initiatives.
• Develop frameworks linking AI use cases to measurable outcomes.
• Prepare insights and recommendations for AI governance decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect data and validate findings.
• Create reports and presentations communicating AI adoption progress.
