Ethos is seeking a seasoned User Insights Manager to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will lead end-to-end studies, synthesize insights, and craft high-quality outputs across moderated usability tests, interviews, surveys, and journey maps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research with ownership of the full study lifecycle.
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design/statistics, and translating raw research data into usability test findings decks and journey map documents.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Conduct moderated usability tests, customer interviews, surveys; synthesize results into actionable insights.
• Translate findings into product recommendations and journey maps.
