Job summary

1UP Training seeks a senior AI governance professional to operate at the intersection of business, technology and governance, exploring, validating and preparing AI-driven use cases. You will transform ideas into actionable requirements, process designs and implementation-ready deliverables through experiments, research and technical exploration.

Collaborating with Risk, Compliance, Security, Architecture and Business stakeholders, you will document decisions, assess risks, and ensure handover

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT projects.
• Experience with Data and AI technologies; broad understanding of IT landscapes and integration challenges.
• Experience in requirements management, process design, and handover documentation.
• Strong analytical ability with discovery, experimentation, and concept validation.
• Working in Agile environments.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management; experience with Risk, Compliance, Security, and Architecture stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an international environment across teams and time zones.
• Transparent, precise, and able to give constructive feedback.
• Affinity with innovation is a strong plus.
