Job summary

Everience is seeking an experienced Responsible AI Lead to shape and operationalize responsible AI practices across a large enterprise environment. You will translate Responsible AI principles into practical standards, controls, and governance, working with risk, legal, governance, and business stakeholders to enable safe, responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

8-12+ years in AI/ML governance, risk or related field.
Experience translating policies into practical controls and processes.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders in large enterprises.
Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Embed Responsible AI controls into AI lifecycle management and governance workflows.
Develop playbooks, guidance and training on Responsible AI adoption.
Lead Responsible AI reviews for high-risk and complex AI solutions.
Advise on regulatory alignment and industry best practices; support audit activities.
Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Governance, and AI Operations teams to ensure responsible practices.
