Job summary

TheSoul Group’s Valis platform is scaling across Europe and the US, and we seek a Client Deployment Principal to embed on-site with mid-market CEOs, owning the CEO relationship and delivering finance-verified outcomes.

You will work with elite remote engineers behind you, managing end-to-end rollout, with 30–60% on-site time across Europe. This role drives the engine of our go-to-market and requires strong leadership in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Experience owning real outcomes with measurable impact.
• Background leading mid-market transformation programs.
• Prototyping and directing engineers to build solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the client-CEO relationship and the executive steering committee.
• Lead transformation cadence: weekly reviews, monthly value reviews, quarterly business reviews.
• Drive fixed-scope wins and manage full rollout to completion.
• Translate client problems into crisp specs for remote engineers; own adoption and sign-off.
• Be accountable for a finance-verified outcome the client can see in their P&L.
• Build a portfolio of 2–3 marquee CEO accounts as engagements mature.
• End-to-end rollout management from kickoff to handover; ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Codify the method after each deployment for faster ramp-up next time.
