Job summary

ALGOTEQUE Innovation Hub in Almere, Netherlands, is looking for a Head of AI to define the AI strategy and lead production-ready AI initiatives across product, engineering and business teams.

You will guide the AI roadmap, evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, and translate ideas into scalable AI systems while collaborating with executives and engineers to ensure practical, value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI engineering, AI product development or AI architecture.
• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Ability to combine AI strategy with product thinking and technical execution.
• Strong understanding of modern AI platforms, LLMs, APIs and integration patterns.
