What You'll Be Doing

As an AI Strategy Consultant, you are the strategic partner for organizations that want to make their Data & AI ambitions a reality. Our team has defined data and AI strategies, uncovered and refined use cases, led high-performing data teams, and trained C-level leaders at large corporations. Increasingly, we also ensure the strategy comes alive by managing multi-stream programs spanning data platforms, governance, tool selection, AI pilots, and organizational design. You are the connecting force that holds it all together.

You will work on projects of varying length — some three weeks, some a year, most in between. Every project is different, every client is different. You work in mixed teams of Xebians and client staff, and at Xebia, you never stand alone.

• You have a deep understanding of topics such as data architecture, data management, and operating models, and know when to involve specialized experts
• You are able to align executive stakeholders across complex transformations and create momentum for change
• You are skilled at facilitating workshops, guiding decision-making, and bringing people together across business and technology domains
• You have experience overseeing the delivery or guiding the execution of strategic initiatives
• You are a strong storyteller who translates complex topics into clear and inspiring narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
• You are not looking to code full-time as a data scientist or engineer
• You are comfortable leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• You are professionally proficient in both Dutch and English
