Job summary

Organon is seeking an AI & Technology Analyst at the Oss site to design, deliver, and land AI and data solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency. You will own initiatives end-to-end—from understanding business challenges to deployment and measurement—while coaching teammates and ensuring compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO or WO degree in Information Technology, Business IT, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of delivering data, analytics or AI solutions in a business context; ownership of end-to-end delivery.
• Confident with Power BI, SQL, and Python; hands-on with cloud/AI platforms; ability to design data models and build analytics solutions; experience with validation/test documentation in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Opportunity Discovery through workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify valuable AI use cases.
• Design and deliver AI solutions end-to-end, selecting fit-for-purpose tools and ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Architect data flows, models, and governance to produce trustworthy, auditable AI outputs.
• Own platform strategy and governance for AI and analytics, evaluating tools and driving adoption metrics.
• Lead projects from initiation to close, managing scope, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Build capability by coaching team members and creating reusable assets and playbooks.
• Navigate compliance by design, translating GxP and change-control requirements into concrete designs.
