Job summary

Organon LLC is seeking an AI & Technology Analyst to design and deliver AI solutions at the Oss manufacturing site. You will own initiatives end-to-end, from understanding the business challenge to deployment and adoption, driving measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with BT, IPTs, and CoEs, ensuring GxP compliance while building scalable tools using Power BI, Python, and Azure, and coaching teammates along the way.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO/WO degree in IT, data science, AI, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years delivering data, analytics, or AI solutions in a business context.
• Demonstrated ownership of at least one end-to-end solution delivery cycle.
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated (GxP/GMP) environment is advantageous.
• Confident in Power BI, SQL, and Python; hands-on with cloud/AI platforms (Azure, Fabric, Copilot).
• Ability to design data models and communicate in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI opportunity discovery with stakeholders and define actionable problem statements.
• Design & deliver AI solutions across lifecycle, ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Architect data flows, models, and governance for trustworthy analytics.
• Lead platform strategy and governance for AI and data platforms.
• Own projects end-to-end, managing scope, risks, and delivery.
• Coach junior teammates and build reusable AI assets and playbooks.
• Navigate compliance by design, aligning with GxP and change control requirements.
