bioM?rieux BV in Oss is seeking a proactive AI Data Analyst to drive AI initiatives within the organization. This role involves understanding team needs, preparing data for analysis, and supporting AI implementations to enhance decision-making. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the integration of AI tools in everyday business operations.
The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python. A keen curiosity for artificial intelligence will drive success in this position.
At Organon we believe technology — and especially artificial intelligence — is one of the most powerful levers we have to improve everyday health for every woman. This is your opportunity to be at the heart of that transformation: a hands‑on role where you will help our teams work smarter, move faster, and make better decisions by putting AI and data to work in a real manufacturing and quality environment.
You will not just support existing systems. You will actively help the business discover what is possible, experiment with AI‑powered ways of working, and translate that potential into concrete, measurable results. If you are curious, energetic, and ready to make an impact from day one, keep reading.
Business Technology (BT — IT & Automation) is the team that connects digital innovation to the way medicines are made and delivered. We are responsible for all IT systems, automation, and — increasingly — the AI and data platforms that help our colleagues at the Oss site work at their best. Our scope runs from production‑floor automation (PLC level) to enterprise systems (ERP level), and we work closely with Integrated Process Teams (IPTs), Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and global BT teams.
This role sits right at the intersection of technology and business impact. You will be part of a team that is actively building the AI‑enabled workplace of tomorrow, today.
Reporting to the BT Lead for LCM, FM and Quality & Labs, you are the go‑to person for bringing AI and data capabilities into daily business life at Oss. You listen to what colleagues need, you find the right digital tools and AI solutions to address those needs, and you make sure those solutions land well — adopted, used, and trusted.
You combine a hands‑on, action‑oriented mindset with the structured thinking needed to deliver in a regulated manufacturing environment. You are eager to learn, quick to experiment, and excited to show the business what is possible when you put smart technology in the right hands.
You talk to colleagues across teams to understand where they are losing time, struggling with data, or making decisions without enough information. You translate those conversations into clear problem statements and AI opportunity maps that point the way to solutions.
Documented AI opportunity assessments, validated requirement overviews, and stakeholder input summaries that help the team prioritize where intelligent solutions will have the most impact.
You gather, clean, and prepare data from approved sources, run analyses, build dashboards and automated reports, and prototype AI‑assisted insights — turning raw information into intelligence the business can act on with confidence.
Reproducible datasets, analysis summaries, Power BI dashboards, and AI‑assisted query outputs that support evidence‑based decision‑making across operational and quality teams.
You are the hands‑on champion for our AI and Data & Analytics platforms. You help onboard users, support configuration, document adoption feedback, and make sure every deployment stays aligned with site standards, security requirements, and business goals.
Access and support tickets, configuration notes, adoption feedback reports, and enablement actions that accelerate how quickly colleagues start benefiting from new AI capabilities.
You map current workflows, identify friction points, and document how AI could change the way work gets done. Your process maps and analysis become the blueprint for automation and AI implementation projects.
Up‑to‑date process maps, workflow narratives, and AI‑readiness assessments that inform fit‑gap discussions, change impact reviews, and future solution design.
You keep projects moving by tracking actions and issues, preparing status updates, coordinating test activities, and following up with stakeholders — ensuring that AI initiatives stay on track and deliver what they promised.
Maintained action and issue logs, test coordination materials, and structured status inputs that improve transparency and keep AI delivery on schedule.
You create practical, user‑friendly guides and training materials that help colleagues actually use new AI tools confidently. You facilitate training sessions, gather feedback, and keep learning content current so adoption sticks long after go‑live.
Quick‑start guides, updated FAQs, training artifacts, and feedback summaries that reduce the learning curve for AI tools and build lasting digital confidence across teams.
You have experimented with generative AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar), built something with Python or a no‑code AI tool, or have a project — academic or personal — that shows you love turning data into insight.
As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome applications from candidates with a diverse background. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all our applicants.
