Job summary

Adaptfy, a data & analytics venture within SHV and Metyis, is seeking an AI engineer/data scientist to design and deploy scalable AI solutions. You will collaborate with central and local data teams to build robust AI workflows, knowledge graphs, and RAG-based systems, driving business value across international markets.

You will work with modern languages, orchestration tools like LangChain, and stay at the forefront of AI developments while ensuring practical governance and scalable

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of professional experience as software engineer, data scientist, data engineer, or AI engineer.
• Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (Python is a plus).
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering and at least one orchestration framework.
• Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Deep understanding of data science principles, including data quality, lineage, semantics, and governance.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-specialists.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in international, consulting, or scale-up environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine AI solutions across the full lifecycle from prototyping to production.
• Collaborate with central and local data teams to define and maintain the context layer for AI use.
• Apply prompt engineering, context engineering, memory engineering to improve model performance.
• Translate business requirements into AI-driven use cases and workflows for value creation.
• Stay updated with the latest AI models, tools, and frameworks and bring innovations into practice.
• Contribute to the design of agentic AI systems and orchestration architectures.
