Job summary

Celonis is seeking an AI Solution Consultant as part of the Orbit Graduate program. You will join the Global VE Center of Excellence to work on client engagements, prototype Celonis solutions, and demonstrate measurable ROI using the Process Intelligence platform alongside AI partners.

Onboarding starts in Madrid with a potential relocation to Amsterdam and travel across Benelux. The program offers mentorship, hands-on customer engagements, and comprehensive training to develop industry domain

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
Excellent academic performance
Internship or 1–2 years of full‑time work experience at the intersection of business and technology.
Understanding of generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, fine‑tuning).
Good knowledge of Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch).
Excellent analytical and creative problem‑solving skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.

Hackathons & Prototyping: build prototypes using cutting‑edge AI tech.
Agentic Process Transformation: enable ROI from AI deployments at scale.
Proof Projects: end‑to‑end value projects aligned to AI strategy.
Specialize in domains and industries to scale knowledge.
Deliver business impact presentations to senior executives.
