Zscaler is seeking an experienced Principal AI Security Specialist in the Netherlands. This role blends elite consultative power with deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, and data protection to guide Fortune 500 clients.

You’ll own the technical sales strategy, deliver impactful demos, and advise on secure AI adoption while collaborating across product, engineering, and GTM teams. You will partner with executives and architects to unlock AI potential without compromising security, in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), MCP orchestration patterns, and security risks.
• 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory).
• Solid cybersecurity fundamentals including Zero Trust, DLP, cloud-native security, and API integrations.
• Elite executive communication with ability to translate AI architectures into business value and security outcomes.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect the AI technical strategy with enterprise account teams, driving high-value AI security opportunities from discovery to close.
• Deliver tailored demos and POVs that resonate with technical practitioners and C-level executives to validate AI security capabilities.
• Act as field SME on modern AI patterns, advising on data exposure risks and sanctioned AI usage.
• Scale field motion by collaborating with Product/Engineering and developing reusable demo assets and enablement content.
• Create and share best practices, training, and assets to empower the global sales force.
