Capgemini is seeking an Agentic SDLC Engineer to shape AI-powered software delivery. You will own GenAI and agent architectures, guide technical decisions, and turn ideas into scalable solutions that deliver value for clients.

Qualifications

5+ years of Software Engineering/DevOps/ML/Data Science experience.
Proven end-to-end software development lifecycle expertise.
Strong hands-on with cloud platforms and IaC like Terraform/Bicep.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI assistants and agents to improve workflows.
Turn GenAI prototypes into scalable capabilities across teams.
Define metrics to measure value of AI-enabled engineering capabilities.
Coach engineers on GenAI usage in day-to-day development.
Lead solution design across APIs, events, and AI workflows.
