Job summary

Capgemini Utrecht is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Agentic AI to lead the vision, development, and delivery of AI-powered products. You will combine strong product ownership with deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and AI platforms, working across clients, architects, engineers, and data teams.

You will shape innovative AI solutions from concept to delivery while ensuring Responsible AI, governance, and security standards are met through an agile, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Product Owner or similar in technology products.
• Proven experience delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLM technologies and architectures (RAG, embeddings, tool calling).
• Experience with Agile delivery and product backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
• Lead discovery, MVP definition, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, AI engineers, software developers, and data teams to deliver value.
• Ensure governance, security, privacy compliance, and Responsible AI practices.
