You will join Factory Best's Incoming Inspection team to drive digital transformation using Power BI, SAP and SharePoint data sources, developing live dashboards and AI-driven insights.

The internship focuses on real-time visibility of team performance, workload, capacity, quality risks and bottlenecks, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, or related studies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Affinity with Power BI, AI, data analytics and process improvement.
• Able to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Works independently and in a structured manner.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational data sources including SAP, SharePoint and quality reporting systems.
• Identify and define KPIs including leading, lagging indicators and quality metrics.
• Design and develop integrated Power BI dashboards for operational and management reporting.
• Create automated data flows and reporting structures to reduce manual KPI reporting.
• Explore AI-assisted capabilities for trend monitoring, anomaly detection and insights.
• Visualize performance trends, workload distribution and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into dashboard requirements.
• Develop recommendations for dashboard governance and future expansion.
• Present findings and recommendations to quality and operational leadership.
