Job summary

Philips Internship at Factory Best focuses on AI-powered digital daily management for Quality Operations. You will support data analytics, Power BI dashboards, and AI insights to monitor performance, workload, and bottlenecks in the Incoming Inspection team.

You will develop live dashboards, automate data flows, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable insights, enabling data-driven improvements in medical device quality processes.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor or Master in listed fields or related studies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing data sources (SAP, SharePoint, quality systems) and define KPIs (leading, lagging, quality, capacity).
Design and develop integrated Power BI dashboards for operational and management reporting.
Create automated data flows to reduce manual KPI reporting efforts.
Explore AI-assisted capabilities for trend monitoring and anomaly detection.
Present findings and recommendations to quality and operations leadership.
