Job summary

Philips in Best, Netherlands, offers an Internship: Content and Engagement (Bachelor, non-thesis) for 5–6 months. You will support the global Content & Engagement team by organizing marketing content, conducting market research, and exploring AI tools to improve campaigns.

The role involves collaborating with MarCom Managers, contributing to content governance, asset management, and campaign execution while gaining exposure to cross-functional teams in a global health-tech environment.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Business.
Strong interest in marketing communications, digital content management, and AI-enabled marketing.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize the global asset library, ensuring materials are categorized and up to date.
Improve content discoverability and support asset adoption across regions.
Conduct desk research and market intelligence on customers, competitors, and industry trends.
Explore and develop AI-enabled marketing solutions, including prompts, AI agents, and workflow automations.
Collaborate with MarCom Managers and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
Support day-to-day marketing activities, content reviews, campaign tasks, reporting, and asset coordination.
