Workwize is seeking an early-career Product Engineer Intern to own ideas from sketch to usable product. You will rapidly turn problems into working prototypes, then harden successes into production features, using agents and AI tooling to design, build, test, and ship.

You’ll make product decisions, not just handle tickets, and work closely with customers and the product team to identify the most impactful next steps.

• Proven ability to turn rough ideas into working prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Own product ideas from sketch to customer-ready usage.
• Turn problems into working prototypes quickly and then production features.
• Use agents and AI tooling to design, build, test, and ship.
• Make product calls, not just taking tickets.
• Decide what to build, what to cut, and what is ready to ship.
• Set up evaluation/monitoring to verify live performance and iterate.
• Collaborate with customers, support, and product teams to identify high-leverage next steps.
