Workwize is Hiring an product engineer intern in Amsterdam to turn rough ideas into working prototypes and ship features using AI agents. You’ll own parts of the build, test, and iterate quickly while collaborating with the product team to deliver real value.

You’ll work directly with customers and teammates to decide what to ship next, learn fast, and grow in an early-career role within a global, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• You don't need a long CV but you must show built and shipped products or features.
• Experience working with a team and taking feedback to move a project forward.
• Ideal candidate ships rough ideas to working versions quickly and iterates after user testing.

Responsibilities

• Turn a problem into a working prototype quickly and productionize it if it proves its worth.
• Use AI agents and tooling to design, build, test, and ship features with smart checks.
• Make product calls about what to build, cut, or ship as 'good enough'.
• Set up evaluation and monitoring to confirm live performance and iterate.
• Collaborate with customers, support, and the product team to identify high-leverage work.
