Job summary

Moss, the Finance AI platform for Europe’s mid-sized businesses, is hiring a Pricing & Deal Desk Manager within the Revenue Operations team in Amsterdam. You’ll own the pricing approval flow, shape governance, and help scale our AI-assisted deal desk as deal volumes grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in a deal desk or pricing within B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Strong analytical toolkit; SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling.
• Ability to leverage AI to build a scalable Pricing Deal Desk model; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day approval flow for non-standard pricing, discounts, and terms.
• Build pricing governance, including discount rules, approval thresholds, and playbooks.
• Drive deal health across the funnel: discount discipline, price realization, deal structure, and win rate by segment.
• Translate customer segmentation into differentiated pricing guidance and deal strategies; apply in real deals.
• Coach reps on pricing confidence and value-based selling.
• Partner with Customer Success to adapt the pricing and deal playbook after the sale.
