Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering with recent LLM work.
Proven track record shipping LLM-powered features in production.
Built evals and observability for LLM systems.
Experience across full stack: TS/Python, FastAPI, GCP.
Able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and build eval harnesses and benchmarks using pricing outcomes as ground truth.
Own LLM infrastructure and model routing with cost/latency tradeoffs.
Maintain EU data residency boundaries for EU customers.
Extend MCP server for LLM agents to drive the platform.
Build observability and feedback loops to surface trust signals.
Bridge non-deterministic concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
