Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is expanding its Customer Delight team to build and ship AI agents within live operations, aiming to automate QA scoring, forecasting, and reporting across UK, NL, BE and DE. You will own end-to-end tooling, run experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes.

As the solo owner of this role, you will drive direction, define success metrics, and work hands-on with automation/low-code stacks and a chatbot ecosystem to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI agents in production that failed and were fixed.
• Able to explain what an agent can and can't do to non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• QA Agent: automate quality scoring against our framework and improve coverage.
• Forecasting: build a self-improving forecasting agent for steady-state trading and seasonal peaks.
• Reporting: automate agent-level and functional reporting, including a manager bot for plain-language insights.
• Workforce Management: align forecast with scheduling in the WFM platform and catch drift early.
• Chatbot Testing: stress-test our AI chatbot with real scenarios pre-launch and ongoing QA.
