Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end from problem to production.
• Identify what to build without detailed specs.
• Engage with external partners to define integration requirements.
• Collaborate with AI agents to create specs and ensure quality.
• Delegate tasks to AI agents and review outputs.
• Evaluate AI-generated implementations for reliability.
• Ensure architecture, integrations, deployment, reliability, and production readiness.
• Contribute as an equal member of an AI-first engineering team.
