Boosters R&D in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to own backend development, infra, and high-impact features. You’ll work in a lean environment with the Tech Lead to shape architecture, applying AI-native tooling to build scalable systems.

The role emphasizes product ownership, experimentation, and collaboration across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure to drive user growth and long-term business impact.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of backend/full-stack experience with a strong backend focus.
• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript with production-grade apps.
• Frontend experience with React/Next.js and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end feature development from ideation to release and analysis.
• Research trends, analyze competitors, and propose new features for growth.
• Build backend services in Node.js/TypeScript; assist frontend when needed.
• Collaborate on architecture with the Tech Lead and design scalable systems.
• Develop cloud infrastructure with reliability, security, and performance.
