Job summary

Digital Green B.V. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong .NET background to shape the technical direction of our growing SaaS platform.

You will work on modernising architecture, improving workflows, and delivering high-impact features in a fast-paced scale-up environment. You will build end-to-end features with C#/.NET, React and TypeScript while driving AI-driven development workflows and improving observability.

Qualifications

We are partnering with an ambitious tech scale-up that is building a SaaS platform for enterprise customers. With a strong engineering culture, complex technical challenges and significant growth ahead, the company offers an environment where experienced engineers can genuinely influence how products are built.

Existing systems are being modernised, product capabilities are expanding, and the team is rethinking how software is developed.

They're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong .NET background.

This isn't just a feature development role. You'll help shape the technical direction of a growing platform while exploring how agentic AI and modern engineering practices can change the development process.

What you will do

• Build and improve full-stack features using C#/.NET, React and TypeScript, with a strong backend focus.
• Modernise existing architecture, reduce technical debt and improve maintainability and observability.
• Contribute to new product development and the integration of existing products, including improvements to workflows and user experience.
• Help introduce AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, from implementation to code review.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET.
• Experience with React, TypeScript and AWS.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and building scalable applications.
• Someone who enjoys improving existing systems as much as building new ones.
• A proactive engineer who takes ownership and enjoys sharing knowledge.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's changing software development.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment is a plus.

This organisation is entering an exciting phase. Its architecture was originally designed around a different team structure, and there's now an opportunity to rethink existing patterns, standardise development practices and build a stronger technical foundation. At the same time, the company is moving towards smaller, more autonomous engineering teams and investing in agentic software engineering. The ambition is to move beyond AI as a coding assistant towards integrated workflows where AI agents contribute to implementation and code review. You'll have the opportunity to influence this transition while working on new product capabilities alongside a small, experienced engineering team.
