Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking a Senior AI Integration Consultant to define how AI services can be integrated into complex enterprise and legacy environments. You will deliver a practical blueprint for integrating Databricks-hosted AI services, primarily using OpenAI/Azure OpenAI models, into existing credit underwriting workflows.

This role combines solution architecture with hands-on AI integration, collaborating with AI, architecture, application, security, data and business teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Solution/AI/Integration Architect.

Working model: On-site during onboarding, with working arrangements thereafter depending on the assignment

The Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Integration Consultant to help define how AI services can be integrated into complex enterprise and legacy environments.

The focus of this assignment is to establish a practical and actionable blueprint for integrating Databricks-hosted AI services, primarily using OpenAI / Azure OpenAI models, into existing credit underwriting workflows.

This is not purely a strategy or advisory position. You will combine solution architecture expertise with hands-on AI integration experience, working closely with AI, architecture, application, security, data and business teams.

Within approximately three months, you will be expected to deliver a clear target architecture, reusable integration patterns, an implementation roadmap and a recommendation for an initial pilot.

• Address enterprise requirements around security, privacy, IAM, auditability, resilience, scalability and monitoring.
• Produce architecture diagrams, integration blueprints and technical documentation.
• Create a pragmatic implementation roadmap and recommend the first AI integration pilot.
• Work closely with business, AI development, data, architecture, security and application teams.

Required Experience

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect, AI Architect, Integration Architect or AI Consultant.
• Proven experience designing integration blueprints for embedding AI services into existing enterprise workflows.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise and legacy application integration.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks.
• Practical experience integrating LLMs / Generative AI services, ideally Azure OpenAI or OpenAI models, into production environments.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API integration, event‑driven architecture and orchestration.
• Experience with authentication, access management and secure enterprise integrations.
• Ability to define both current‑state and target‑state architectures.
• Experience operationalising AI or data services in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of security, privacy, monitoring, resilience, auditability and scalability.
• Experience working across multiple technical and business stakeholder groups.
• Able to work independently and deliver tangible outcomes within a short consulting engagement.

Highly Desirable

• Previous experience within banking, financial services, lending, credit underwriting or vendor finance.
• Experience integrating AI into workflow, case‑management or decisioning platforms.
• Be available for 38–40 hours per week.
• Live within approximately 1.5 hours travel time of Eindhoven.
• Be comfortable working full‑time from the Eindhoven office during the onboarding period.
• Be available on a payroll/employment basis; ZZP/freelance candidates cannot be considered.
