Job summary

Next Force Recruitment is looking for an AI Consultant to help clients turn AI opportunities into practical business solutions at the intersection of business, AI and Microsoft technology.

You will work with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot, advising on AI adoption, change management and how AI can improve processes, efficiency and decision-making across industries and countries.

Qualifications

• Experience as an AI Consultant, Business Consultant, Solution Consultant or similar.
• Strong understanding of AI and its business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies is a strong plus.
• Affinity with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear business solutions.
• Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
