To strengthen our Technology team, we are looking for an AI Engineer (m/f/x), who will be based in Bussum as part of Central Services. The Central Services team is located in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom and consists of more than 50 specialists who are responsible for the legal, reporting, accounting, tax, investor relations, technology, HR, responsible investment and marketing functions of Waterland.
The AI Engineer will operate as a horizontal AI specialist across all Central Services teams, identifying where artificial intelligence can meaningfully improve processes, tools, and ways of working.
This role is both strategic and hands‑on: from spotting opportunities and shaping use cases, to building, deploying, and maintaining real AI solutions that deliver measurable impact. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable AI‑enabled systems.
