A technology-focused company is seeking a Mid-Senior AI Developer who will guide customers through their AI journey and design innovative solutions on Azure. Candidates should have strong knowledge of AI frameworks and capabilities, be experienced with .NET, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch. As an AI Developer, you’ll guide customers through their AI journey, designing and delivering innovative solutions built on Azure’s cutting-edge capabilities. You turn complex ideas into practical, scalable applications, bridging data, cloud services, and intelligent models. With your technical insight and clear communication, you empower customers to confidently adopt AI and drive meaningful impact across their business.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise, guide, and support customers on their AI Journey and broader Azure AI-related questions.
Designing and delivering custom AI solutions on Azure OpenAI Service and Microsoft Foundry, using patterns like RAG, function calling, tool/agent orchestration, and fine-tuning where appropriate.
Implementing MCP-based integrations between AI services and existing application components (web apps, APIs, data platforms) for seamless collaboration.
Design and optimize data pipelines that prepare structured and unstructured data for model training and RAG solutions.
Implement vector search, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation workflows.
Fine-tune or customize foundation models for domain-specific use cases.
Create automated evaluation and monitoring systems to track model quality and drift.
Delivering technical workshops and demos to enthusiast customers and guide them in their AI journey.
Document architectures, workflows, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
Contributing to cloud-native applications and integrate them with AI solutions.
Participating in daily stand-ups and sprints; breaking down work into deliverable backlog items and documenting designs, decisions, and runbooks.

Job Requirements:

Strong understanding of AI frameworks, tools, and capabilities
Ability to design, train, and deploy models for real-world applications
Solid grasp of cloud-based AI services and scalable solution architectures
Experience integrating AI into existing software systems
Commitment to staying current with emerging AI technologies and responsible/ethical AI practices
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experienced with .NET
Professional proficiency in both English and Dutch
