Job summary

Devleaps seeks a Medior consultant to join our team and collaborate with a client in the retail and e-commerce sector. You will build agentic workflows for the P2P journey, connecting Coupa to payment platforms and integrating MCP servers.

You’ll work with Finance users, engineers and data colleagues to translate processes into testable workflows. You will contribute backend services, APIs and front-end components, while ensuring logging, audit trails and human-in-the-loop steps are embedded.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on development experience at medior level.
• Strong backend and integration focus with Python and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with agentic or LLM-based workflows and tool calling.
• Knowledge of MCP or ability to pick it up quickly.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication and third-party SaaS integrations.
• Experience in cloud environments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Clear communicator who collaborates and shares learnings.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic workflows across the P2P journey from Coupa to payment.
• Create MCP servers and connectors where none exist yet.
• Integrate vendor MCP servers and existing systems.
• Own the MCP integration layer for Finance including security and versioning.
• Develop supporting backend services, APIs and lightweight front ends.
• Add logging, audit trails and human-in-the-loop steps.
• Translate Finance processes into testable workflows.
