Job summary

Stacks is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our Amsterdam office or London office, focused on driving successful customer implementations and integrations with core financial systems.

You’ll lead technical deployments, craft scalable solutions, and partner with Product and Engineering to improve the product based on client feedback, while building internal tools to automate workflows and enhance customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing software implementation projects in SaaS.
• Deep ERP experience with NetSuite or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Strong ability to explain complex systems to customers.
• CPA or equivalent accounting credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of Stacks for new customers and features.
• Advise customers on best practices and translate accounting problems into solutions.
• Develop internal tools and automation scripts to streamline implementations.
• Refine documentation hub and self-service materials.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive improvements based on customer feedback.
