Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise environments. You will work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build live production deployments across multiple accounts, handling configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment.

You will ship real code, own components end-to-end, and collaborate with product teams to close feedback loops and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Production systems experience in an AI tech stack or frontier models.
• Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; willingness to expand.
• Experience with customer-facing technical delivery (consulting or services).

Responsibilities

• Develop agentic AI solutions in production environments for enterprise customers.
• Design agent intelligence: prompts, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
• Own technical components end-to-end from architecture to production deployment.
• Build and maintain data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist and customers to deliver measurable business impact.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs that move quickly to production.
