Job summary

Wellis Health in the Netherlands is hiring a Product Manager Web & App to own the roadmap for our web platform and mobile app across the patient journey, from first visit to long-term engagement. You will translate business goals, user needs, and medical requirements into a clear plan and partner with engineering and design to ship impactful features.

This hands-on role requires a startup mindset, data-driven decision making, and comfort with AI-enabled product development.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset.
• Strong product instincts for what patients and business need next.
• Data-informed decision making and KPI tracking.
• Experience running experiments with CRO input and hypotheses.
• Excellent stakeholder management across medical, operations, marketing and leadership.
• Experience in healthcare, subscriptions, or marketplace/e-commerce is a plus.
• Able to translate business goals into clear roadmap and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritization for web platform and mobile app.
• Define, scope, and deliver initiatives across the digital patient journey.
• Run experiments with CRO specialist (A/B tests, feature releases).
• Collaborate with UX/UI and engineering to ship high-quality features.
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify friction and opportunities.
• Set objectives and track outcomes (conversion, adoption, retention, NPS).
• Communicate roadmap progress and trade-offs to stakeholders.
