Qualifications

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered BI and analytics solutions
• Develop AI agents that help users discover where data is stored and how it can be accessed
• Create natural language interfaces for querying data, generating insights, and supporting dashboard creation
• Work with Data Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to identify and deliver valuable use cases
• Deploy and maintain production-grade AI applications, focusing on scalability, reliability, and adoption
• Use LLMs, retrieval systems, metadata platforms, and semantic layers to improve data discoverability
• Support the development of AI and analytics engineering best practices across the organisation

• Strong commercial experience delivering AI solutions in BI, analytics, or data environments
• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents in production
• Track record of delivering analytics-focused AI use cases that drive business valueExperience enabling natural language interaction with data platforms, dashboards, or analytics tools
• Strong understanding of modern BI architectures and data ecosystems
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and enterprise data platforms
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
