Задачи

• Understand, manage, and align customer needs and expectations
• Design BI solutions that support decision-making, including mock-ups, metrics, data visualizations, and dashboards
• Translate customer needs into clear business requirements for BI solutions, including analyses, interactive dashboards, and reports
• Collect, transform, model, and analyze data to generate actionable insights
• Evaluate and optimize existing BI solutions to improve effectiveness and performance
• Apply Data Management best practices to support data-driven work and sustainable, effective solutions
• Facilitate workshops and present insights clearly and confidently to diverse audiences
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, fostering trust and understanding

Требования

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst or BI specialist, preferably in consulting and across different industries and domains
• Experience with data visualization, dashboarding, storytelling, and reporting tools
• Strong knowledge of at least one leading visualization tool: Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense
• Excellent SQL skills
• Familiarity with dimensional modeling concepts such as Kimball and Data Vault
• Affinity with cloud platforms such as Azure and Agile environments
• Strong interest in technological solutions
• Effective communication with business and technically oriented stakeholdersExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and attention to detail
• Ability to facilitate workshops and evaluate information objectively
• Adaptable, solution-oriented, and proactive
• Collaborative team player who enjoys knowledge-sharing in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
