Job summary

Qualifications

• Экспертиза в FastAPI, Pydantic, API-разработке и backend-инженерии

Responsibilities

• Разработка, сборка и масштабирование AI‑продуктов, которые дают бизнес‑ценность
• Создание интеллектуальных помощников, copilots и систем на основе AI внутри цифровых продуктов
• Перевод бизнес‑требований в надежные сервисы и приложения AI
• Построение решений AI для eCommerce‑кейсов: поиск, рекомендации, персонализация, поддержка клиентов
• Оптимизация рабочих процессов агентов с использованием современных LLM‑фреймворков
• Разработка бэкенд‑сервисов, API и интеграций с корпоративными платформами
• Сотрудничество с менеджерами продуктов, командами инжиниринга и специалистами по данным
• Внедрение тестирования, оценки и QA процессов для AI‑приложений
• Участие в развёртывании, CI/CD, контейнеризации и эксплуатационной готовности
• Обеспечение соответствия требованиям безопасности, приватности и управлению ответственным AI

• Design, build, and scale AI-powered products that create measurable business value
• Develop intelligent assistants, copilots, and agentic AI solutions embedded within digital products and customer experiences
• Translate business requirements into reliable, production-ready AI services and applications
• Build AI solutions supporting eCommerce use cases such as product discovery, personalised recommendations, shopping assistants, customer service automation, and customer journey optimisation
• Create and optimise agent workflows using modern LLM frameworks, orchestration tools, and structured response systems
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations connecting AI capabilities with enterprise platforms and digital products
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and data platform specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Implement testing, evaluation, monitoring, and quality assurance processes for AI applications
• Contribute to deployment, CI/CD processes, containerisation, and operational readiness
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI requirements

Требования:

• Strong commercial experience building production-grade AI applications using Python
• Expertise with FastAPI, Pydantic, API development, and backend engineering
• Experience developing LLM-powered products, AI assistants, copilots, or agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI technologies
• Experience building AI solutions within eCommerce, digital product, retail, marketplace, or customer engagement environments
• Understanding of AI-powered search, recommendations, personalisation, conversational commerce, customer support automation, or product discovery solutions
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, SQL, Python, ETL pipelines, and enterprise data integration
• Experience implementing automated testing, AI evaluation frameworks, and quality assurance processes
• Familiarity with Docker, Azure environments, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate commercial requirements into scalable AI products
