Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Разработка бэкенд-функционала для инновационных продуктов на Python (Django/FastAPI).
• Перевод дизайнов и user stories в рабочее ПО.
• Доставка фич end-to-end: тестирование и поддержка развёртывания.
• Создание и поддержка компонентов, API, интеграций и бэкенд-сервисов.
• Интеграция фронтенда с бэкендом и дата-сервисами.
• Написание чистого, безопасного и расширяемого кода.
• Написание unit-тестов и поддержка интеграционного тестирования.
• Peer-review и работа над качеством кода.
• Поддержка устранения ошибок и улучшений производительности.
• Идентификация технических рисков и зависимостей, поиск улучшений.
• Участие в DevOps/CI-CD и Agile/Scrum, документирование принятых технических решений.
• Сотрудничество с PO, BA/дизайнером, тестировщиком и тех-лидом.
• Прототипирование идей и развитие существующих продуктов, исследование применения агентного AI.

• Develop backend functionality for innovation products, primarily using Python, Django and/or FastAPI
• Translate designs and user stories into working software
• Deliver features end-to-end, including testing and deployment support
• Build and maintain components, APIs, integrations and backend services
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and data services
• Write clean, secure, maintainable and scalable code
• Write unit tests and support integration and regression testing
• Perform peer reviews and contribute to overall code quality
• Support troubleshooting, bug fixing and performance improvements
• Identify technical risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps practices and Agile/Scrum events
• Document technical decisions and implementation details
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Analyst/Designer, Tester and Tech Lead
• Prototype new ideas, further develop existing products, and explore how agentic AI can address business problems
