Job summary

InShared, a Dutch digital insurer, seeks an AI Engineer to turn ideas into real AI solutions. You will join a cross-functional team to build chat and voice AI, automate processes, and identify new opportunities.

The role emphasizes rapid experimentation and practical AI deployment as the company scales internationally. Requirements include a degree in AI/CS/Data Science and at least 3 years in software engineering, plus experience with Copilot Studio and Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in AI/CS/Data Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building AI solutions and deploying in production.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio or similar tool.
• Cloud experience, particularly Azure.

What will you be doing?

Our platform supports thousands of users every day, handles sensitive data and must scale reliably. As we grow internationally, the infrastructure and cloud platform are critical to our success. As AI Engineer you will be the AI builder at InShared. Together with a team of designers, developers and business stakeholders, you will turn cool ideas into real solutions. For example by:

• Developing chat and voice solutions that help our customers in no time.
• Automating processes so colleagues have more time for what really matters.
• Spotting new AI opportunities and simply trying them out.

What do you bring?

• A degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with developing and implementing AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or a similar tool.
• Cloud experience (Azure is a big plus).
• It is nice if you have experience with n8n.
• Curiosity, guts, and the ability to make AI both practical and useful.
