Job summary
Nextview Consulting is seeking a Core Cloud Consultant to maximize Salesforce use for clients by translating business needs into practical Salesforce solutions. You will join a multidisciplinary team to own the functional side from workshops to go-live and adoption.
You will run workshops, design user stories and functional designs, and configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud while integrating Slack and Claude to streamline processes.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience implementing Salesforce in a consulting or end-customer role.
- Hands-on experience configuring Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Good understanding of sales and service processes such as lead-to-cash and case management.
- Curiosity about generative AI and habit of using Claude in daily work, while staying critical of output.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to ask the right questions behind requests.
- Confident in front of clients, from end users to management.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant; willing to certify within 6–12 months.
- Specialisation in Marketing Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Management or agentic AI is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Valid work permit for full‑time employment in the Netherlands.

- Work according to our Design-Led Approach, based on design thinking and agile principles.
- Share knowledge with colleagues and help build our Core Cloud practice.

As a Core Cloud Consultant, you help our clients get the most out of the entire Salesforce platform. You work directly with client teams to understand how they sell and serve their customers, and you turn that into Salesforce solutions that people actually use.
You are part of a multidisciplinary project team with developers, architects, designers and project managers. You own the functional side of the solution: from the first workshop to go-live and adoption.

Use Claude to prepare workshops, synthesise interview notes, and turn transcripts into requirements and user stories.
Speed up functional designs, test scripts, release notes and training material, and check the output with your own expertise.
Spot where Agentforce, Slack or Claude can add value in a client's sales or service process, and bring that into the solution conversation.
Help shape how our company uses AI: share prompts, skills, and ways of working with colleagues.
