Job summary

Fynch Mobility in Utrecht is seeking a Technical AI Support Engineer to join our growing team. You will bridge development, support and sales, handle license configurations, provide second-line technical support, and help automate workflows using AI.

You will work with PostgreSQL databases, test mobile apps and backend, and contribute to bug fixes with Claude Code. We offer a full-time salary in the €2,500–€4,000 range with 25 vacation days and a home-office stipend.

Qualifications

You have some relevant education or work experience with databases, testing, technical support and/or technical implementations.
You have experience in working with databases (PostgreSQL) or are eager to learn and develop your skills.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.
You are proactive and organize your own work effectively.
You don’t mind juggling several tasks at the same time.
You know a bit of Python or are keen to develop your Python skills.
You enjoy using AI to automate your work.
You do not need a visa to work in the Netherlands

Responsibilities

Set up and configure customer licenses;
Debug data (quality) issues in SQL databases;
Work together with the support team to solve user issues in a timely manner (mainly second line, first line when necessary);
Participate in testing of the (mobile) apps and/or backend;
Automate daily support workflows and processes using n8n and AI;
Fix bugs in the platform with help of Claude Code.
