Job summary

Make it in the North is offering an internship focused on using Salesforce data and AI tools to identify target customers for its Mid-market and Enterprise teams in the Netherlands. You will analyze won deals and contracts, enrich data with AI, and rank accounts for leadership review.

You will learn how an enterprise software company selects customers and gains practical experience with AI in real data work. Weekly 1:1s and performance reviews are part of the program.

Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's in business, economics, marketing, data analytics or a related field.
• You have good Excel or Google Sheets skills and work in a careful, structured way.
• You speak and write fluent English.
• Bonus: experience with Salesforce, SQL or Python (not required).

Responsibilities

• Analyze won deals and contracts by industry, size, region, products, contract value and renewals to build a profile of best customers.
• Use AI tools to fill in missing industry and segment data for accounts, perform checks, and prepare fixes for review.
• Score and rank prospect accounts against the profile and present the target list to Sales leadership for feedback.
• Build a simple dashboard showing how the pipeline matches the target profile, and write a short summary of findings and AI impact.
