Job summary

Sendcloud is looking for a Medior Quantitative Business Analyst to design and implement AI-driven workflows and data solutions that boost internal efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

You will join the OPS team of ~15 QBAs and work with data engineers on AWS. The role emphasizes ownership, entrepreneurial thinking, and clear communication to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer or Software Science or another technical field.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English - written and spoken.
• Experience with coding, data warehouses, cloud, AI, ETL, Python, LangChain/Graph.
• Located in Brabant or Limburg area; willing to work in office min 3x a week.
• Bonus: Extra-curricular activities, cool tech hobbies or projects, or a side business.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of projects; sit with stakeholders to understand business problems, design solutions, build and implement, then optimise live solutions.
• Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to deliver value early and iterate fast with pragmatic wins.
