Job summary

Jumbo Group is seeking a BI & Data Management Lead to shape a modern, AI‑enabled data function. You will own dashboards, data models, and KPI definitions, while coaching a BI Analyst and collaborating with leadership on a data‑driven strategy.

You will work hands‑on with Power BI, SQL and data warehouses, and steer AI initiatives to enable trusted, actionable insights across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on Power BI: data modelling, DAX and dashboard design.
• Solid SQL and experience with a data warehouse.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and applying it to data (LLM‑based Q&A, AI analytics).
• Track record defining KPIs and metrics with governance.
• Ability to translate business questions into clear reporting for leadership.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Coaching mindset with a blend of hands‑on work and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design and build KPI cockpits for key leaders using Power BI.
• Own and improve dashboards, data models and semantic layers across units.
• Work directly in the data warehouse to align with reporting, KPIs and AI needs.
• Coach the BI Analyst in data modelling, DAX and dashboard delivery.
