Workwize in Amsterdam is hiring a product engineer early in your career to own ideas from the first sketch to something customers actually use. You’ll turn problems into a working prototype fast, then harden the ones that prove their worth into production features.

You’ll work directly with customers, support, and the product team to find the highest-leverage thing to build next, and you’ll use AI agents and tooling to design, build, test, and ship while knowing when to verify output yourself.

Qualifications

• Early-career product engineer with 1–2+ years of experience.
• Experience turning rough ideas into working prototypes.
• Ability to own features from sketch to launch.
