Responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Carry out keyword research and manage negative keyword lists.
• Write and test ad copy to improve campaign performance.
• Optimise bidding strategies, targeting and campaign structures.
• Manage budgets and monitor performance against client objectives.
• Manage Shopping and Performance Max campaigns where relevant.
• Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve conversions and return on spend.
• Monitor conversion tracking and work with colleagues to resolve measurement issues.
• Recommend improvements to landing pages and conversion journeys.
• Produce clear reports and discuss results and recommendations with clients.
• Stay up to date with developments in paid search.

A digital marketing agency based in Amsterdam is looking for an SEA Specialist to join its team. The agency supports clients with paid search, paid social and digital strategy, helping businesses reach the right audiences and turn campaign activity into measurable results.

Working across a varied portfolio of clients, you will have the opportunity to manage campaigns, test new approaches and work closely with colleagues across strategy, creative and digital marketing.

About the role:

Are you an experienced SEA Specialist with agency experience and a passion for improving paid search performance?

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, taking responsibility for campaign setup, optimisation, budgets and reporting. The role combines hands on campaign management with strategic planning and client communication, giving you ownership of your accounts and their results.

• Confident managing budgets and multiple client accounts.
• Strong analytical and client communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written Dutch is essential, alongside a good command of English.
