• Proven experience in global/multi-market marketing and launching in new geographies.
• Creative yet structured mindset with a growth-first approach.
• E-commerce lead-gen experience is a huge advantage.
• Experience managing agencies and remote/offshore teams.
• Strong vs. performance marketing and data-driven decision making.

• Set a clear growth strategy for 4 markets and expansion to 10+ countries.
• Fix attribution and reporting to enable reliable decision-making.
• Manage and align partner agencies and offshore teams.
• Lead market localization and channel selection per country.
• Spar strategically with the founder on growth, positioning and budget allocation.
